15-Minute Yoga Workouts | Yoga Series 3.0

For years you have been asking me for more yoga... and it's finally here!

My Yoga 3.0 workouts have all launched to my website and, just like all other newly-launched workouts, are included with your membership when you join my crew.

I recommend you give these yoga sessions a try ASAP, particularly if you...

  • Don't regularly incorporate stretching into your workout routine,

  • Have gone through Yoga 1.0 & 2.0 more times than you can count,

  • Haven't given my yoga a try - I might just change your outlook with my different approach.

This program is not more advanced than Yoga 1.0 & 2.0, so don't you worry if you've never done those yoga sessions with me before. Designing this program was all about bringing you more variety and providing you new ways to be challenged & grow. I also made is a priority to honor your requests for more of what you loved in 1.0 & 2.0,
