Workout Series 14.0 (at home workouts with weights)
A brand new workout program is hot off the press & ready for you to sweat it up with me! Workout Series 14.0 includes the use of weights (dumbbells, or any weight you choose) and asks for just 15-minutes each day (per usual).

DAY 1 - FULL BODY CHISEL
Power & sweat through this workout! You'll knock out some awesome strength & cardio supersets designed to help you build strength and boost your heart rate for some intense cardio & calorie burn.
DAY 2 - HIIT
If you're not continuously challenged, you won't continue to see results. This HIIT workout is tabata-style with "A" and "B" options. You'll love it, I promise.
DAY 3 - ADD-ON CHALLENGE
If you have yet to push through this delightful workout structure I first launched in Series 11.0, you're in for a treat. What's different in this workout? Well, everything! But for starters, your legs will be on fire.
DAY 4 - CORE FLOW
After 3 intense days, you totally deserve the core work, flexibility and bit of cardio to shake everything out in this new workout design. You'll find it similar to my Cardio Flow workouts -- but different in beautiful ways to help you keep it fresh, help you recover and keep that core strong.
DAY 5 - CARDIO PUSH
Endurance: challenged. That's all I need to say. Well, that and -- you need this and will appreciate the sweat fest it brings you.
DAY 6 - TOTAL BODY SHRED
A fantastic & different full body workout to wrap-up your week of work. This total body shred workout keeps you moving & working hard to help you shred from head to toe.
