Workout of the Week: Stairs + Full Body

I hope you had an enjoyable Labor Day weekend! I certainly did- I spent it up in Connecticut celebrating a dear friend's wedding! From spending time with family and friends to the festivities to the food & drinks... it was a great weekend. And because I got goals... I didn't let my time in sweat mode slack. #lifestyle The morning of the wedding, I did the following workout which is the one I thought I'd share with you this week. I had 3 cardio machine options & some weights to play with.😜 I chose the stair stepper for a few reasons, one of which was a diagnosis I received this week. More on that later... So here it is! Get ready to sweat. It's a good one. (And as always... if you have questions, just ask!)
