At-Home Workout Program with Weights (15-minutes per day)

This month, I am bringing you a BRAND NEW workout program: Workout Series 17.0! A different workout for everyday of the week, each requiring just 15-minutes of your time. And the workouts use weights to efficiently challenge your body to keep progressing your results, no matter your age or fitness level.

ABOUT WORKOUT SERIES 17.0:

  • Workouts use weights!

  • 6-day weekly program

  • Workout snapshot:

    • TWO Full Body Workouts (one emphasizes the upper half & the other places focus on the lower half)

    • TWO Upper Body Workouts (one with a focus on the chest, back, core & shoulders and the other taps into using the legs while focusing on the arms, core, shoulders)

    • TWO Lower Body Workouts (one workout works the legs & core while the other is focused on the legs only)


THE WORKOUTS:

  • FULL BODY POWER (Monday or "day 1" of your week!)

    • Imagine feeling strong, powerful, motivated & energized to kickoff the week - not only leaving your body feeling that way, but your mind as well, ready to be productive. That's what this workout will do for you.

    • This full body workout places an emphasis on the upper half. After the warm-up, there are 3 quick supersets that you will power through, leaving you feeling strong, sweaty & accomplished.

  • LEGS & CORE (Tuesday / DAY 2)

    • Working the legs & core together is a fantastic pairing to effectively strengthen some of the largest & most important muscles (for every day life).

    • The DAY 1 workout 'warmed up' your legs for a killer STRENGTH + BALANCE superset followed by a HIIT Circuit. You're going to love this workout. No further explanation needed.

  • UPPER BODY BLAST (Wednesday / DAY 3)

    • On day 3 we give your legs a break and go back to the upper half -- with special focus on your chest, back, core & shoulders.

    • The structure of today's workout closely resembles your LEGS & CORE workout (starts with a STRENGTH superset and finishes with an awesome HIIT Circuit).

  • STRONG LEGS (Thursday / DAY 4)

    • Slaying right through the week, you will head back to working the LEGS on day 4.

    • This workout has one strength superset and one HIIT circuit - focused entirely on your LEGS: quads, hams, glutes & calves.

  • UPPER BODY BURN (Friday, DAY 5)

    • We've powered through 2 workouts so far in this program that are focused on the upper half. One full body with an upper body emphasis (Mon) and one upper body [blast] workout (Wed).

    • Today's workout just taps into working the legs (to shake them out a bit) while focusing on the arms, core, shoulders.

  • FULL BODY STRENGTH + HIIT (Saturday, DAY 6)

    • Your second official full body workout in this program places an emphasis on the lower half. This workout is a killer way to wrap-up the week.

    • Two supersets to challenge your strength and endurance that I promise will both leave you feeling proud - and warrant your recovery day (on day 7).
