Sunday Morning Yoga Series

Sunday Morning Yoga Series is a 4-week program of 30-minute yoga sessions. This program was streamed LIVE and and is now available to my crew 24/7. I am so excited to bring you these at-home 30-minute yoga sessions.

Just like all of my other workout programs that have launched after Series 10.0, this yoga series is available exclusively to my crew (a crew membership includes everything here).😍


These 30-minute yoga workouts are designed for you to have a perfect recovery day - which most often occurs on Sundays (but you certainly can do these sessions ANY day).


This yoga series provides 30-minute recovery sessions for you to improve flexibility, resist injury & give your body the recovery it needs.


Recovery days are so important for our bodies to heal. We put them under a lot of stress and if we don't make time for recovery, that stress can become chronic, leading to a host of issues & injury.


These 4 yoga sessions can be used any time you need them, but consider circuiting through them once/week for 4 weeks... and then repeat.
