Six (6)-month membership $60
The ANNUAL membership will expire 12-months after activation. The six-month membership will expire 6-months after activation. No extensions. Consecutive months only.

Send your payment via Venmo to username @Maggie-Binkley with the following information (PLEASE include everything below!)

1. Your name AND email address.
2. Your friend's name AND email address (the recipient 😁).
3. The correct $$ amount (please contact me with questions if you have them).
4. The DATE you would like their membership activated (00/00/0000).
