#HeartMonth Tips

I was so excited when the Purdue Alumni department asked if I would be willing to share 8 tips on how to get moving, get healthy, improve yo' LIFE for their Heart Month initiative... and as they have been sharing them to their social media pages, I have been posting them as well.


But in case you've missed the first 4 (yes, we're only halfway through!), I wanted to be sure you heard them. Because if you struggle with consistency in healthy nutrition, workouts, etc... I believe my tips can & will help.
