Workout Series 15.0 L.I.I.F.T. (at home no-excuse 15-minute workouts)

Get ready to L.I.I.F.T. with me! No dumbbells required. My new at-home no-excuse 15-minute workout program is here and designed to strengthen & tone your body in new, fresh ways.


What is L.I.I.F.T.? LOW IMPACT, INTENSE, FUNCTIONAL TRAINING.


Workout Series 15.0 is 100% low impact, but don't let that fool you. I have designed this program to be low impact (kinder to your joints) but with incredible intensity. You will work. You will sweat. You will love it.


Series 15.0 has also been designed to prime you for real life by training you with functional movement patterns. Functional training will help you to stay strong, agile, injury free and feeling YOUR BEST. You will be amazed at how strong you will feel (and how sweaty you will become) as you go through this workout program.


The workouts use bands & sliders. These tools are portable, inexpensive & effective to increase resistance & intensity, pushing you to strengthen in unique and important ways. I highly recommend using these tools with this program, but you can certainly do the workouts without. However, because they are portable, inexpensive & effective, they will help YOU to kick excuses and continue to improve your fitness game.

Let's talk the SCHEDULE!

With each of my programs comes a weekly schedule. The schedule is important and it's there for [many] reasons. The first reason is because the program was designed in a specific way, with the workouts complementing each other as you move throughout the week. The second main reason is to make sure you are armed & dangerous with a plan - that you don't have to think about. I have done that for you to make your life easier.

15-minute workouts series 15.0 L.I.I.F.T.

DAY 1 - FULL BODY STRENGTH #1

This functional workout starts your week strong (obviously!) and is bound to leave you feeling super accomplished... and awesome. You'll scramble, rotate, balance and push through fun & challenging exercises that you'll crave coming back to.


DAY 2 - UPPER + CORE

Today's workout is all about the upper half, but this isn't just pushups and planks. Nope. Get ready to move in (you guessed it) functional ways that will have you feeling challenged and strong while also raising your heart rate to blast those calories.


DAY 3 - FULL BODY STRENGTH #2

This workout has similar goals as Full Body Strength #1, but don't be mistaken (or miss this workout)... this session will fly by with functional moves that challenge you in new & unique ways.


DAY 4 - LOWER BODY

This lower body workout is a gem & will work not only your legs and booty, but your core. Get ready to sweat & shape every muscle in your lower half as you burn through exercises that focus on time under tension and deliver results.


DAY 5 - FULL BODY STRENGTH & LENGTH

Strengthening blocks of full body, functional work... followed by gifts of length (stretching). Today's workout is geared towards continuing to strengthen, but also prioritize flexibility - which is integral to progressing in strength & overall fitness without injury.


DAY 6 - FULL BODY MOBILITY

With a name like 'mobility,' you might mistake today for an easy day. This workout is a stellar way to finish your week with strength, perseverance & challenge... heading into a recovery day having earned your recovery day.
