This is a 28-day challenge that includes a workout schedule to follow - not in PDF checklist format… but videos to HIT PLAY & SLAY in real-time. 

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED. 

Your workouts can be done anywhere, anytime. If you love weights, there will be options for you, too!

The workouts are designed to make you feel stronger, lean out & both improve your energy & self-confidence.
 

You’ll be armed & dangerous to conquer your goals with a solid exercise program that is quick, effective & excuse-proof.

PLUS you will have 24/7 support from myself & my private community – a crew of individuals with similar goals and are [truly] cheering for you to succeed. 

You will also receive a nutrition guide to simplify eating better so that you feel better. And tips + exercises from a life coach weaved into the challenge as well.

There will be THREE (3) TRANSFORMATION 🙌🏻 winners in this challenge!

NOTE: Photos are optional because this is about much more than what the camera shows! This is about MAKING YOUR LIFE BETTER. Sign up.

You must join #MaggiesCrew to access the challenge & be eligible for the prizes. If you are already a member of my crew, you will simply need to join the challenge & follow the instructions in the first step of the challenge.

Easy as that!

Submit pics.

You must take a before picture and submit it through the link right after you sign up, no later than Tuesday, February 4th! AFTER photos must be submitted no later than Saturday, March 1st! You must follow the guidelines provided in order to be an eligible prize winner.

First Month Free plan is not eligible to be a winner.

Participate & engage.

Engage in my private community (Maggie's Crew in the app/website) & check off the given daily steps to build habits & achieve your goals. And don't forget to tag me on Instagram so I can support you everywhere!
