What are the monthly fitness groups?

Every month, Maggie hosts a fresh fitness group. When you join, you gain access to the daily steps which you'll check off each day to progress forward.

A new fitness group always starts on a Monday (our official "day 1"), but there are always "prep steps" that kickoff on the Thursday before. Each month, access these "prep steps" on Thursday through Sunday (before Day 1) for helpful information about your crew membership, the workout schedule for the month ahead, details about our monthly theme, etc.

Always included with your #MaggiesCrew membership.

Where can I find this month's workout schedule?

As a part of my monthly fitness groups, I always provide a fresh workout schedule to keep you on top of your fitness game. Each month, you will find this workout plan in the 1st Saturday "step" of the respective monthly fitness group.

Where do I find the workout videos given in the schedule?

All workouts from WORKOUT SERIES 1.0 - 10.0 (plus Yoga 1.0 & 2.0) can be streamed on Amazon Video, free in the USA with a Prime membership (click here)(https://www.amazon.com/s?k=maggie+binkley&crid=2VN961M4FTEYT&sprefix=maggie+binkley+%2Caps%2C136&ref=nb_sb_noss_2). All workouts from WORKOUT SERIES 11.0 and beyond are included in your plan when you join my crew, and can be streamed from my website (https://www.fitnessmaggie.com/workout-videos)or the Fit by Wix mobile app (https://apps.wix.com/place-invites/invite-lp/6ccd87b6-d3dd-4900-a611-454a282d990c?ref=cl)(invite code: A3RFIE).

What are the LIVE Workouts?

Every month, at least two LIVE workouts are streamed via Zoom. You are more than welcome to turn your camera on, but this is not required. You will see Maggie lead the workout and hear the energizing music regardless.

These workouts are not only an awesome workout but an uplifting place to 'hang out' with your fellow crew mates and Maggie, in real-time.

No equipment is needed but Maggie often provides options with dumbbells if you want to take them.

ALL fitness levels are welcome. While these workouts are longer than Maggie's go-to 15-minute workouts, they are always fun, different and will leave you feeling happy & accomplished. 
 
Unable to join the live-stream? No problem! We are all in different timezones and have varying schedules so Maggie makes the REPLAY on demand 24/7.

The current months' LIVE workouts will be available for the entire duration of the monthly group here.(www.fitnessmaggie.com/live-now) After the month ends, these workouts can only be found in the LIVE Workouts Collection,(https://www.fitnessmaggie.com/live-collection) a library of all past LIVE Workouts (included with either a Monthly Plus or Annual membership).

This is a library of all past LIVE Workouts -- available for you to stream on-demand 24/7. If you love Maggie's LIVE Workouts, this collection is for you!
 
The LIVE Workout Collection is accessible with an ANNUAL or MONTHLY PLUS Crew Membership plan.

What is the monthly CONTEST?

An optional part of my monthly fitness groups is participation in the fitness contest. If you have fat loss goals, this is something you might want to partake in!

In the fitness group STEPS, you will be given instruction on how to submit your measurements at the start & end of each month (this includes your waist measurement & weight on the scale).

Those that top the leaderboard in % lost will be gifted with prizes for their progress! These prizes are always changing, but typically include shop credit (fitnessmaggie.com/shop)or gift cards to your favorite stores!

If you are motivated by winning prizes for your progress, or by some friendly competition... this is for you!

You can also simply TRACK THESE MEASUREMENTS on my website without participating in the contest portion. Instructions provided when you join this month's fitness group.
