Carve out 35-45 minutes for this fun, challenging, live-streamed workout! If you cannot get the entire workout in at once (for any reason - schedule, endurance, etc), do 15-minutes of it at a time & keep coming back for more! Splitting it up is totally OKAY - but if you're joining me LIVE, the duration will be up to 45-minutes at once. No equipment needed.
