How do I download and join the Fit by Wix app?

Download the Fit by Wix app on your phone or tablet and use invitation code:A3RFIELog in using the same email address and password you use at fitnessmaggie.com that are connected to your membership.The app makes it easy to access your daily coaching, workouts and Maggie’s Crew 24/7 while you’re on the go.Some programs or resources may redirect you from the app to fitnessmaggie.com. That is completely normal! Simply log in on your browser to continue.

Where do I find my daily workout and coaching?

Start on the Start Here page!Your current monthly workout plan is linked under Step 1. Follow the workout listed for that day and select your preferred option when more than one workout is provided.Your daily coaching is under Step 2. Join the current monthly fitness group and open that day’s step. This is where you’ll receive coaching, accountability, monthly challenge information and everything you need to keep moving forward.You can also access both your workouts and daily coaching through the Fit by Wix app. Download for access to your daily coaching and workouts (in the workout here tab).

Where do I find the workout videos on my schedule?

Your monthly schedule may include workouts from Amazon Video and from the workout programs included with your crew membership.FitnessMaggie.com and the Fit by Wix appYour newest workout programs are included with your crew membership. Find them under Workout Programs in the Membership menu or access them through the Fit by Wix app.Make sure you are logged in with the email address connected to your membership before opening a workout.Amazon VideoWorkout Series 1.0–10.0, plus Yoga 1.0 and 2.0, are available through Amazon Video. These are included with Prime in the United States.

How do I watch a workout on my TV?

The best method will depend on your television and streaming devices.For workouts available through Amazon Video, use the Amazon Prime Video app on your smart TV or streaming device.For workouts on fitnessmaggie.com, open the website on a compatible smart-TV browser or cast/mirror the workout from your phone, tablet or computer.Because every television setup is a little different, you may need to follow the casting or screen-mirroring instructions provided by your television or streaming-device manufacturer. What should I do if a workout will not play?

First, confirm that you are logged in using the email address connected to your membership.Then try these quick fixes:• Refresh the page and reopen the workout.
• If you’re using the Fit app, try opening fitnessmaggie.com in your phone’s browser instead.• Use an updated version of Chrome when streaming from the website.• Confirm that you have a stable Wi-Fi or data connection.• Close and reopen your browser or app.Workouts streamed from fitnessmaggie.com require Wi-Fi or data and cannot currently be downloaded.Amazon workouts can be downloaded through the Amazon Video app for offline viewing. Playing the workout from your downloaded content may also allow you to watch without ads.Still having trouble? How do the monthly LIVE Workouts work?

Upcoming LIVE workout dates are announced in the daily coaching steps of your monthly fitness group. You will also see the upcoming scheduled LIVE Workouts on the LIVE NOW page when events have been created.LIVE workouts are streamed through Zoom. If you plan to attend live, RSVP to receive the Zoom link and passcode. Your camera can be on or off — whatever makes you comfortable!Can’t join in real time? You do not need to RSVP. The replay will be uploaded to LIVE NOW and remain available throughout the current monthly fitness group.At the end of the month, LIVE replays from that month move into the LIVE Workouts Collection (which is a library of ALL past LIVE Workouts), which is included with Annual and Monthly Plus crew plans.And remember: you never have to complete the entire LIVE workout for it to count. Join me, give me the time you have and take the exit ramp when you need it!

How do I change my email notifications?

You can manage your website and community notifications through your account settings on fitnessmaggie.com or through the notification settings in the Fit by Wix app.Choose which updates you want to receive and turn off any notifications that are not helpful to you.I recommend keeping important fitness-group and announcement notifications enabled so you don’t miss new schedules, LIVE workouts or monthly updates.
