A few things I'd like you to know before purchasing either of my

Sweet Treats Recipe Books... 

There are certain ingredients I keep stocked & tend to use over and over in many of these recipes. If you do not use (or have the desire to use) the following ingredients, you may not be happy with these recipe books:

  • Coconut flour

  • Protein powder

  • Peanut butter

  • Powdered peanut butter

  • Sugar free maple syrup

  • Oats

While some of my recipes might naturally be gluten free, dairy free, egg free, etc... this will be based on the recipe itself, not my effort to create something that aligns with a specific dietary need. Please be prepared to make substitutions if this applies to you.
