Thank you so much for your 15 min videos on Amazon Prime! I have my usual gym workout that includes cardio and weights. I recently started yoga and really enjoy the stretches and intentions. I’ve had a hard time finding a video that makes me feel as refreshed from yoga without feeling stiff after. I love your videos, they give me a good workout on days I cannot make it to the gym. I look forward to your tips! I’m new to interval training and working out at home. I was really good at just sitting and watching exercise videos, even when I was running 25 min 5k races. So your videos are a good challenge for me to push myself to do more!

Hi Maggie!

I just want to say thank you for these workouts-I use to exercise regularly but having 2 small children and working full time has left me 50lbs heavier. I know that these exercises work but I don’t have time -or the stamina-to do them for a long period of time-these exercises are perfect-thank you!!! I stumbled on them while trying to find something that would work for me.

Hi Maggie!

I have never been great at sticking to a workout routine before, but recently found your workouts on Amazon and immediately fell in love! It's so unlike me, but because they're only 15 minutes, I can do them at my house during my kids' naptimes. It's so much easier than my attempts to use my me time to get to the gym in the past. I've done them for a month now and am so proud of myself. Next week I'm switching to 2.0. I've been dress shopping just for some new church clothes (because nothing fits in a good way!) and have actually been loving what I see in fitting rooms lately, which hasn't happened in years! Plus, I feel great! You are so gifted at what you do and I feel like I have a relatable, down to earth, encouraging personal trainer in my family room. I keep telling all my friends about this wonderful gem I discovered! Thank you so much!

Hi Maggie, I was feeling froggy & sick of myself one night and decided to search workouts on Amazon Prime and discovered your videos. What drew me in was the length of your videos....I’m a first time mom with an almost two year old, I work full time and have a very busy husband (full time job & full time volunteer work) so I have little energy, motivation, or time but thankfully because of you I am on week 3 of your 1.0 videos. THANK YOU!!! It has been years since I worked out and you have been my muse and motivation to get moving. I look forward to following you all the way to 5.0. Hey Maggie! I found your videos on Amazon this week, and first of all, let me just say your positive, happy mood is contagious! I was smiling and didn't even know why! Lol! Anyway, I'm 34 and have moderately severe scoliosis (lateral S-shaped) and actually used to be in amazing shape, but as I've gotten a little older and had a rough couple of years (not to mention I was on Topamax for migraine prevention for some of those! If you haven't heard of that one, it can cause severe weight loss and nutritional deprivation). Basically once I got off that med a couple years ago, I gained weight like crazy and went from 101.2 (eek! At 5'5" that is rail thin) to my present 156. It was really hard to allow myself to gain at all after I was used to being that thin for so long. So for now, I don't have time to take the fitness classes I'd like, and my body isn't quite up to that long of a workout. Your 15 min videos are perfect for me! I get bored easily with some of the other video options out there - everyone seems to want to do exactly the same thing, no variety at all. Nowhere near the selection of videos you made for us. So all that to say, I'm a big fan of yours already and I hope we can be friends! Thank you for sharing your health and happiness with us all.

I just wanted to thank you for helping me get my body back after 14 years and 4 kids! I stumbled upon your videos on amazon about a year and a half ago. I thought to myself, "Ok... I can find 15 minutes in my day for this. I need to do SOMETHING." I was a runner in high school and college and I always had it in my mind that I don't have the time right now to work out and go to the gym and do what I need to do to get into shape...etc. etc. We have four girls ages 14, 12, 6 and 6 (yes, twins), we homeschool and I am an RN and work on the weekends at the hospital on the night shift. So my life is super busy, but I'm thankful you show up and motivate me to get stronger and try harder every day. It has changed everything for me. I feel SO much better. It's truly remarkable what 15 minutes a day can do! I even asked my husband to get me some eight pound weights for Christmas because my fives aren't heavy enough anymore. :)

Dear Maggie,

Thank you SO much for your well-developed workout series available on Amazon Prime! I have finally been able to stick with a workout routine for 3 months running now. Major previous problems have included my two children’s sleep schedules being wildly unpredictable and not synced with each other, so the 15-minute segments are manageable to slip into even a rough day with the kids, especially as there is no equipments to gather, stash or hide from the kids! Anyway, I really appreciate your work and I am really enjoying both the yoga and traditional workout schedules!
