Happy Tuesday, my friends!!! My apologies for this Workout of the Week coming to you a little later than usual... but here it is!
This is a great, focused workout to get in some killer cardio followed by an awesome upper body strength challenge. Notice you only go through 2 rounds of your arms... followed by 4x through your chest & back superset. PUSH HARD because it'll be over before you know it. Choose weights that are challenging for sets of 12!
