I haven't held a free challenge like this before... and I promise you it'll be fun, motivating, empowering & exciting.
This is a 'warm-up' to my May Fitness Contest, which will begin on Monday, April 30th (and last for 2 weeks). The May contest is a contest you need to officially sign- up for... and it's because I give you OH-SO-PERSONAL attention, a live workout each week, and bigger, better prizes, amongst other perks.
But this week (April 23-27th) is all about the FREE, and still rewarding you for being awesome & sweating daily with me!!
