First things first, I have launched a new COMMUNITY forum feature on my website. It's there to amp up OUR interaction and build even greater support in our community. Share your stories, ideas, thoughts & more with our community. We're all here for the same reasons - to live a healthy, happy life! LOOK OUT, August - here we come!!! The crew is already growing, and we're still weeks ago from kicking off the August Fitness Contest (AKA group). We officially begin on Monday 8/12, but the crew is already kickin' it in our FB group (don't have FB? See FAQ #5 here). I'm offering special summer pricing this month - just $10! And you have the option to join FREE if you *refer 3 new people* to this month's group (just have your friends leave YOUR NAME in the notes section at checkout as they sign up!). Last month we focused highly on intermittent fasting (see this), and this month we're going to continue our nutrition focus with talking MACROS. Whether this is something you're super-interested in or not... I PROMISE the group will be a great place to spend your time in August. Last, but certainly not least, I want to answer a question that has been asked of me a CRAZY number of times in the last month or so...
Will there be a YOGA SERIES 2.0 and a WORKOUT SERIES 8.0?
Yes!! I am working on BOTH at the moment... so stay tuned! I am a one-man-show ;), but I promise you I am working my hardest to keep YOUR workouts coming! Thank you for asking, and for your excitement to see these programs continue. I am beyond grateful to you for making the decision each and everyday to workout with me.
