Hi Leah!! Thanks for asking :) As of right now, I have 7 workout programs ("SERIES") available, and an additional Yoga Series as well (Yoga 1.0). I recommend starting with Series 1.0 and following the weekly workout schedule for 4 weeks, or until you feel ready to move onto the next Series.
I typically recommend moving onto the next Series (Series 2.0, 3.0, etc) after 4 weeks because it's enough time for your body to adjust to the exercises in the program and become stronger, but also be challenged. In order for you to continue to challenge your body and see results, you need to switch things up (AKA move onto the next Series!).
