"I love your 15 minute workout videos. I have only done the 1.0 series. Would I be okay doing the fitness challenge since it combines all series? Or should I work through all series first before signing up for one of the challenges? Do all the series include modifications for the exercises like in the 1.0 series?"
To answer simply --> YES, you can absolutely join my fitness groups / contests without having done more than Series 1.0! You can actually join whether you've done ANY of my workout videos before or not.
I do offer modifications / options in ALL of my workout videos in ALL of my Series, not just in Series 1.0.
To expand on this answer, the reason I create a VARIED workout schedule (combining workouts from different Series) is to keep your body guessing, challenged and fresh. It's important to switch things up and challenge your body in new ways to continue to improve (and to resist injury). If you've been following ANY of my Series (1.0, 2.0, etc), it is a great way to switch things up. You may also elect to join my contest and still follow a Series weekly workout schedule (1.0 and so on). It is not required to follow the schedule I post. The group is about much more than just the schedule. ANYONE can follow the schedule! :) Our group provides an insane amount of support, accountability, camaraderie, motivation and other tools (meal plan, nutrition tips, etc) to help you be SUCCESSFUL in incrementally reaching your goals.
