I’ve been doing your 15 min no equipment required workouts and contests for several months and I’m ready to invest in some weights to challenge myself with the 6.0 and 7.0 series! I am wondering how many pounds I should start with?
I’m new to working out. What would you recommend in terms of hydration & food (protein or carb) to maximize results what’s best before & after workout? is there anything Nutrition wise (food or water) that would help with muscle pain after workout? Thanks for any help
