Hi Maggie! I’m absolutely loving series and 8.0 and I was wondering if there was going to be a 30 minute burn and tone schedule for this series? I love your workout pairings in the 30 minute schedule for the other series! Thanks!
Was sick for a week so I fell off the wagon. Was running 3 to 4 miles 3 times a week and doing series 6 workout 5 days a week. Trying to get back on course and cannot seem to run a mile without stopping or do the series 7 workout without pausing for a break. Any advise would be appreciated. Signed up to run a 10k April 4th.
