Looking for Something?

I am currently in the process of improving the look & feel of my blog. Why? Because having a cleaner-looking, easily accessible and nicer read for YOU is what my blog is all about. I'm also adding features so that you can COMMENT on posts and share with your friends - directly from my site! While each new blog I post will be in the 'new' blog section of my site... I am going to be slowly moving content I posted prior to today (10/23/17) to the new section, but it'll take some time to make it RIGHT. So in the meantime, if you're looking for #workoutoftheweek posts and other stuff you know is here but can't find... CHECK OUT OVER HERE.🙌🏻 Questions? Still can't find something? Comment below &

Leg Day, All Day (Workout of the Week)

This week's featured workout of the week is back to those legs. Working the legs is pretty much my favorite workout (obviously Bailey loves it too!) -- and for GOOD reason... check it out: You'll burn more calories & boost your metabolism - the more muscles you work simultaneously (and the larger those muscles are), the more calories you burn throughout exercise. Additionally, when you have more lean muscle mass (especially in these big muscle groups!), you burn more calories all day long. You'll reduce the risk of injury - if you fear knee injuries, performing functional exercises (like lunges & squats) to promote stability of the knee is actually helpful in combatting possible ACL injury.

NEW Exercise Vids + Workout of the Week!

You're going to LOVE this week's Workout of the Week as much as I do. Why? Because it's tough - but in a fun, challenge yourself + impress yourself kinda way. Kick it off with 15 minutes of cardio - your choice (meaning you can run, walk, jump rope, elliptical, bike, etc). Then head into each superset of exercises - going through each one once before repeating (i.e. set 1 of 15x single DB clean squat press --> 20x lat pull down --> set 2 of 15x single DB squat press... and so on). There are 3 NEW EXERCISES in my Exercise Library that I've added to make sure I'm 100% clear on HOW to do the exercises in this workout. Click the links below to see my instructional videos! Wedding Fun + Workout💍💪🏻

This workout of the week is coming to you a little later than usual... my apologies for that! But it's a good, quick sweaty one that I think you'll like! (I liked it!!) We flew home this morning from the beautiful Alys Beach, FL where we celebrated my step-sister's wedding. It was an awesome, fun-packed trip!!! Lots of indulgences (lots). But I love that about vacation. Here are a few pics from the wedding... as it truly was a beautiful celebration. And my dad & step-mom did an amazing job hosting the entire weekend! Back in the saddle today! Here was my workout from this evening. And your workout of the week!! Have at it & tell me what ya thought! Happy sweating! Maggie

Glutes + Hamstrings (Workout of the Week!)

Hey there! This week's post is simply about two things: your workout of the week & your friendly reminder to join me for this month's BOO-ty Virtual Fitness Group. We begin this week... so if you're not signed up yet... you better get on it! Enough said about that. You know where to find all the information on it (right here😅 ). This week's workout is all about the lower half of your backside... booty & hamstrings. My favorites. Just to be clear, I want you to choose two levels on the bike that 1) give you a moment to recover (but still work!), and 2) challenges you! I still consider myself quite a newbie on the bike (I only started using it after my diagnosis last month)... and my levels r
